Christmas Baking

Put on your aprons, ladies and gents, it's time for some Christmas goodies!  Here's what's on my list this year...

Oreo Truffles
Krumkake
Homemade Marshmallows
Gingerbread
Cake Pops
Dipped Oreos

So far I've dipped some Oreos, and made the Cake Pops and Oreo Truffles.  Most of them have been dipped, but I've run out of coating.  It takes a lot!  P.S. Any advice on easily dipping truffle like things?  I seem to always waste excess chocolate and that, my friends, is a shame.
